All vendors are asked to set up Wednesday, August 16th after 5pm.

We ask that your booth be ready to open promptly at 6pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each Vendor is responsible for the removal of trash.

At the end of each night, please remove the garbage bag from the barrel near your booth, dispose of in the dumpster near the swimming pool and replace it with a fresh garbage bag which we will provide. If you are not dismantling your booth Saturday night, please wait until after the community church service on Sunday.
