I agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold Tioga Old Home Day and its sponsors, agents, members, officers and representatives harmless for any and all damages, claims, causes of action or demands of any nature or cause connected with my participation in the Tioga Old Home Day event, based on damages or injuries which might include but are not limited to accidents, injuries, theft, and/or personal property damages.
